Promotional Items
Our Marketing Team decided to launch our Phone Hammock using Social Media. We have an active Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Accounts. We posted our team's progress and photos along the way. We used our social media to pump up our followers.

Our Promotional and Marketing Team meet with Ben Veilleux from Been Printed, a custom Marketing Company that does custom T-Shirts, Banners, Business Cards, and Promotional Products, and Signs.

Our table at ExpoFest will be giving away custom made key tags. We designed and built them using our Table Top CNC Machine and Vectric Software. Our team decided on two different styles. We had to look at the cycle times for producing these tags, and the best looking designs with the fastest cycle times became the ones that went to final production. You can see our CNC Machine in action in the video.
Our team designed custom T-Shirts for ExpoFest. We decided on lime green shirts. This lime green color was selected so we will stand out at ExpoFest. Ben had mentioned that trade shows are always very crowded, so we need to make a statement. We also decided to hold a raffle for a free Phone Shield T-Shirt to attract more people to our booth. Our Banner

Our team had One Major Corporate Sponsor and One Minor Corporate Sponsor. We wanted to honor their commitment to Phone Shield and placed their logo's on our banner. Our Corporate Logo consists of a Cell Phone Character defending itself with a shield. The arms are made up of wires and the legs are circuit boards.
We selected the gray backdrop to honor Ward Leonard, our major corporate sponsor. They design many products for the military, so the gray in the banner honors their commitment to the military.
Our Marketing Team designed our own business cards and foldable brochure. We wanted to make sure that Phone Shield reaches as many people as possible to make cell phone charging a safer and more satisfying experience. Business cards and brochures are one way to help spread the good news about Phone Shield.

Our trade booth at ExpoFest had to demonstrate the PhoneHammock. We met with our carpentry teacher, Mr. Walsh, and one of our team members, Austin, designed the table top demo shown below. The demo unit has an electrical outlet so we can demonstrate our Phone Hammock in action.
​
The table top demo has a lid that opens so we can store our promotional items at the ExpoFest Table and have quick, easy access to our items.
​
